Locos are considered as a highly prized delicacy and are sometimes referred to as Chilean Abalone. Our Fortune Locos are harvested from the cool, fresh seas of Chile. The locos meat may appear off-white to light pink and they have firm texture and milder flavour as compared to real Abalones. They are best served when sautéed with garlic or served in both hot and cold appetizers.
