2 cans of Fortune Locos
8 - 10 stalks of Asparagus
1 tbsp Fortune Abalone Sauce
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
½ tbsp Corn Flour (mixed with 1 tbsp water)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Boil Asparagus for approximately 6 minutes and set aside on the plate.
Add Olive Oil into hot pan and mix in Garlic. Stir-fry until garlic is fragrant and turns brown.
Add Fortune Abalone Sauce and corn starch mixed with water. Stir to mix well.
Over low heat, add Fortune Locus (thinly sliced). Stir to mix well for approx 2 minutes.
Serve with Asparagus and Fortune Locos.
