1 can of Fortune Locos
100g of Fresh Salmon / Tuna sashimi, thinly sliced
3 cups of thinly sliced Carrots
2 cups of thinly sliced White Radish
2 cups of thinly sliced Cucumber
Sweetened Red Cabbage, sliced
Sweetened Orange peeled and sliced
Sweetened Melon skin, sliced
Toasted sesame seeds
Toasted chopped peanuts
1 pack of White Ground Pepper
1 pack of Five Spice Powder
2 packs of Poi Chui crackers
½ cup of Plum Sauce
½ cup of Lemon Sauce
2 tbsp of Sesame Sauce
Prepare vegetables and fruits using the julienne blade on a mandoline.
On a serving platter, place small piles of each vegetable , Pok Chui crackers, raw sashimi and Fortune Locos around the rim.
Whisk together the dressing and place into an small serving bowl.
Sprinkle sesame seeds, peanuts, and spice mixture over the mixutre. Then pour the dressing over the salad. With chopsticks, toss the ingredients into the air.
