1 can of Fortune Pacific Clams
160g - 180g of spaghetti
3 tbsp olive oil
40g butter (divided)
10 - 12 Tiger Prawns
10 cloves garlic, sliced
30g Italian Parsley , finely chopped
Sea Salt to taste
Freshly cracked Black Pepper to taste
½ tsp crushed Red Pepper Flakes
3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Bring a pot water with tbsp Sea Salt to a boil.
Cook pasta until Al Dente and set aside the pasta (Save 3 tbsp of pasta water).
Heat a skillet to medium heat and add Olive Oil. Add in garlic and sauté for 30 seconds and add Tiger Prawns, chilli flakes and salt.
Cook Prawns until both sides turn white and add in spaghetti and water. Stir to combine well.
Add in Fortune Pacific Clams and parsley into skillet. Stir to distribute well.
Turn off heat and add Parmesan cheese. Dish out and serve!
