Fortune Dried Scallop in XO Sauce (Original)
Fortune Abalone Sauce
Fortune Sea Asparagus
300g spaghetti
1 can of Fortune Sea Asparagus
2 tbsp Fortune Dried Scallop in XO Sauce (Original)
1 spring onion, finely sliced
75g unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, finely sliced
2 tsp chilli flakes
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp Fortune Abalone Sauce
Drain the 1 can of Fortune Sea Asparagus.
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water in case needed.
In a large frying pan, add the unsalted butter, garlic and chilli flakes. Stir the mixture until the butter melts then add soy sauce, Fortune Abalone Sauce, Dried Scallop in XO Sauce and Sea Asparagus. Cook for about 1 min.
Add in the pasta. Toss and cook for 3-4 min or until the liquid has been absorbed by the pasta.
Plate the pasta and garnish with spring onions and more Dried Scallop in XO Sauce.
